Film Screening & Composer Talk: Exposing Muybridge with Composer Chad Cannon
Composer Chad Cannon presents a community screening of EXPOSING MUYBRIDGE, with director Marc Shaffer joining via Zoom for a Q&A. Cannon will also provide a behind-the-scenes look on his work in the cross-cultural media space, with a focus on his work on American Factory and Ghost of Tsushima, while also providing a look at his film music arrangements for Studio Ghibli legend Joe Hisaishi.
Film Synopsis: The gripping, true story of the mysterious Eadweard Muybridge, whose breakthrough motion photographs set the course for the creation of cinema. A tale dripping with ambition, betrayal, deception, and murder. Stars guest interviewee Gary Oldman.
