History Adventures – The Wall | Museum of the American GI

Stop by every Saturday at 10:30 AM in August for History Adventures: A Children’s Storytime as we explore powerful moments in our nation’s past.

 

This month, we’re visiting the Vietnam War Memorial and honoring the brave souls who never made it home.

 

We’ll read The Wall by Eve Bunting — a touching story of a father and son searching for a beloved grandfather’s name on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. It’s a moving tribute to those who served and a heartfelt reminder of the families left behind.
