Burton Christmas Market & More

Spend an afternoon full of the Christmas spirit, Sat. Dec 9th from 12-4pm, in the tiny town of Burton, located halfway between Austin and Houston. Explore the Burton Christmas Market & More with hand-crafted local items, baked goods, silent auction and more at the Oliver Whitener-Roy Winkler Pavilions. Enjoy delicious food by No Clue Cookers and soak up the holiday spirit with fun crafts! From 1-3pm, Santa will arrive for festive photos. Enjoy community caroling from 3-4pm. Presented by the Burton Heritage Society and the Burton Chamber. All activities are free except for food/drink/shopping. And the fun doesn’t stop at the market OR at 4pm! Find some great gifts and treasures at both the Corner Shoppe (10am-3pm) and Txjunkr (10am-5pm) .Visit Flown the Coop to shop and enjoy homemade cookies and wassail and cast your vote for People Choice’s Christmas Light Winner. Then head to Burton Short Stop Icehouse for Christmas movie trivia 5-7:30pm and Keenan Houchins live 8-11pm. Los Patrones and White Horse Tavern are other great stops for food and tasty beverages. You can even plan an overnight stay and make it a weekend of fun!
