Bryan-College Station Friends of the Library | 70th Annual Meeting and Celebration
Friends of the B-CS Public Library System will celebrate its 70-year history at the annual meeting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8 at the Larry Ringer Library in College Station. Guest speaker Jeremy Brett, curator of the world-class Science Fiction & Fantasy Collection at Texas A&M’s Cushing Memorial Library & Archives, will highlight some of Cushing’s most intriguing and horrifying items. Cushing is home to the Stars Wars collection and the Eaton Collection, one of the world’s largest of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and utopian literature. Come and enjoy yourself for an hour of fantasy and fun.
