The Museum proudly announces its exclusive in-house exhibit, The Brazos: Legacy of a Mighty River. Highlighting the natural and cultural history of the Brazos River, this exhibit features specimens from the Museum’s collections alongside fossils, taxidermy mounts, and vintage artifacts from the Mayborn Museum Complex at Baylor University, and others. From ancient fossils and modern fauna to steamboat travel and bottomland farming, come explore the multi-faceted story of this major Texas waterway.
