Cooking in the Kitchen

Experience the bustle of a busy plantation kitchen and take in the sights, sounds, and smells of a hearth cooked meal being prepared, and reflect on how Charity and Lucy or Amy would labor to put three meals a day on the table. View a cooking demonstration focusing on higher quality cuts of pork, or purchased foodstuffs, using historic recipes.
