What is Rural Sub-granting?

The Arts Council of Brazos Valley Rural Sub-granting Program, sponsored by the Texas Commission on the Arts, is designed to assist Arts Council affiliates located in the six rural counties of the Brazos Valley (Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson, and Washington) with program-specific funding needs.

Purpose of the Rural Sub-grant

Rural Sub-grant funds are available for a wide range of projects. Projects should serve to increase community understanding and participation in arts, culture, or heritage programs or be of an educational or instructional function.
